What is an Adult Family Home?
Adult Family Homes are private homes licensed by State of Washington to care for up to 6 residents. They offer long-term “non-institutional” care to functionally disabled adults and frail elderly. They do this by providing warm, loving and personalized care in family settings within residential areas of our community.
How much does it cost?
Adult Family Homes offer affordable long-term care rates. Fees are based on the level of care needed, type of room desired and whether special needs or specialized care are required. If a resident is Private pay the fee will be establish by Adult Family Home’s owner. We are very flexible with our prices. If a resident has Medicaid then Medicaid will pay the fee established by DSHS.
